constantly requires updates every few days and bugs out. has consistently been like this for the past 2 years

Really helped me find people to attend our society events. Thank u younii
sooo broken
invasive and annoying as hell to set up, but i did it. now for whatever reason has completely bugged out - i'm apparently signed in (still getting notifs) but my account appears to be nonexistent? so i can't buy tickets to events(!), can't update my account at all - and on top of all this, the app only lets me in to check if its still broken after updating it every time (which seems to be mandatory open opening it now). not fit for purpose. #bringbackfixr

Annoying update
Asked me to update almost every day. So annoying
Great potential but annoying quirk
This app will not let you log in in any capacity without receiving an SMS to a phone, thereby excluding anyone without a phone (indeed, anyone without a British one — quite annoying as an intl student!) not only that, but the frequent updates (which are good, to be clear — lots to be excited about) always log you out and then I can’t log back in without incurring international sms fees. Why is there no option to add an email or username or anything else to log in with, at least after your first time setting up an account ?

Best app since Facebook
This app is soooo useful. Love all the new features. It’s made my uni life so much easier. As a psychology student researching the impact of social media - this is what the future needs. Watch out world. Youni gonna take over.
buggy and annoying to sign up
it doesn't let me continue without enabling notifications or syncing my contacts, both of which i do not want to do, i just want to check out local events without getting spammed or bothered or sharing my grandmas mobile number 👍 i'm also getting spammed with emails with no way to unsubscribe 👍
Really useful for starting uni
Came to uni and wanted to get involved in lots of extra curriculars but couldn’t find online. Super helpful with that
why Chinese TEL can’t receive codes
Although there is a choice for we to choose ➕86 we still can’t receive the 6-character code 😢😢 really looking forward to have an account in ur app
Buggy, unintuitive, and constantly logs you out
What kind of social media app forces you to log in again almost every time you open it?
Even worse than Facebook
It’s so buggy and unintuitive. It doesn’t even keep you logged in—if you leave it for a few days you have to reenter your phone number and an OTP.
The only thing you need to take to Uni with you
A total game changer for my uni experience. Youni really does it all. Only wish someone had invented it sooner!
