This is a great option to watch YouTube without hours of ads. I would like to ask the developers to include an option to disable Shorts. Please allow us to disable Shorts!!!!
It’s Worth it (I hate ads)
The app solves my biggest issue with YouTube. Which is the constant ad breaks. My issue with the app is whenever I stream the app on my phone to my TV. I lose video quality. Other than that, I really love this app so much.
Latest version it’s malfunction
Since I made an update to the latest version, it stops working , which is kind of weird. I have the pro version and my phone is an iPhone 17. running on iOS. 26.2 , I have reinstalled the app a few times with the same result. doesn’t work at all
Unusable since update
Used to be fine not good but acceptable but since the latest update it has become completely unusable.

It’s okay, I use this app mostly for sleeping and it stops in the background and I have to put it back on but once I put it back on, an ad pops up and it pauses it. and there’s no loop once the video ends.

Switched to Android
Love this app, just paid for the add free. Is there a version of the app on Android? I just switched and I want to keep using this app
Ads
In order to even get to a website you have to watch an ad, and if you close the tab and then come back you have a popup ad. Additionally, it’s meant to allow you to put it into a mini screen window but that doesn’t work because as said, if you close the tab you get an ad.

to avoid ads you must watch ads
if you can tolerate watching YouPIP's ads instead of youtube's, do it. it's fewer and are less obnoxious than having 6 mid-roll ads but I'm searching for an alternative that requires NO ads, because that's the point.

Worked Ok. Not anymore. No support
Been using it for a year or so. There are some kinks, but recently updated and now it doesn’t work at all. And I paid for the year service and now I can’t use it all. No response from support either, good thing I didn’t buy the lifetime. They even start asking for me if I want to buy a year again, I still have 10 months left, but once I updated it, it didn’t remember I paid or something.
Idk no one has gotten back to me yet.
When it worked it was pretty cool except:
if you minimize and turn off your phone display then turn it back on the video doesn’t show, just hearing the audio. So that’s annoying if you put your phone in your pocket, but then take it out to see what it happening on the video. You have to maximize the video and either rewind or fast forward to get the picture back.
Idk no one has gotten back to me yet.

updates ruined it
this app used to be good around last year, but now every update there is more and more bugs. i cant even open up youtube for its intended purpose or the app crashes. unbelievable, fix your app please

What kind of trash is this? Sure, you offer to block YouTube ads but then you load more ads in the app. Are you kidding me?
“No Ads” but only ads
Can’t even set up the app. Every new page is an add that opens your browser.
Lie
It’s got a LOT of ads. When I open the app, it’s got a video ad. When you enter the app there’s a pop up ad. When I click the YouTube icon it’s got an ad. When I pause the YouTube video, it’s got an ad.

I have to re-enter the app to click a button to continue the video, which can also be fiddly because sometimes it just sort of doesn’t and I have to reload the page/close and reopen the youpip tab, by which point I have to redo the whole process of constant ads again.

I think it's intentionally broken. It first asks your language, then asks you something about notifications and personalized ads. If you don't allow personalized ads, you can't continue.

Buggy and Invasive
Cant even get past loading screen unless you allow the app to track you. Ads cover everything. Buttons don't even load.
