Good for reporting tipping but be improved
I have reported several fly tips and credit to all involved these have always been resolved quickly so well done on that aspect.
Some items seem to be missing though, I could not see a straightforward method to report some vandalism to a bus stop and also it would be useful to report pot holes which again is missing from the app.
I love that you support the what three words to give easy accuracy to the location. Maybe a direct link could be introduced for speed and ease.

Couldn’t do what I needed to do on the app. It just ported me back to the Ashford county website. Waste of time.
The app sign up process is cumbersome and needs updating. I already have a Web login why make me do another for a confusing half baked app that’s a website back end interface anyhow?

Useful app
Have been using this app for a while and it is very handy. I’ve been able to report fly tipping with ease until recently. Now I am unable to download photos/files or take a direct photo on my iPhone 8. Other than this I recommend using this app.
