Don't bother

There is no understanding their calculations for developmental age. My 13 month old has met all milestones on the 12 month list and has achieved most of the milestones on the 15 month list and yet is scored as a 10 month old for hearing/vision and an 11 month old for cognitive function. Not sure how they came up with that. It's fine to use as an idea of what skills should be emerging and when, but this is going to unnecessarily upset parents worried about where their child falls developmentally.
