Not working at all
Gone to log onto the app so I could go and pay my rent, put my user email and password in on the app and press log in it takes you over to a blank page on Google, the app ain’t working at all and I want to get my rent paid asap

The app doesn’t open. Always says under repair and fails to load.

For some time I’m having issues with this app,not able to login,pay for bills
The app
Won’t load, you add your login details and the page doesn’t log you in. If you finally get in whatever jobs you might have listed for repairs don’t update themselves. And whenever a jobs missed it’s appointment not your doing or fault the customer service just connects to fix360 another useless service blatantly lies they attended when you were in waiting for them and says best we can do is basically extend your wait time another 6weeks. It’s a service you actually pay for via your service charge and they fail to provide a service best action to do is ask the complaint department for compensation as they have a deadline to carry out the work if they miss it just complain voice your argument and get compensated as your time is equally as valuable as theirs.

Tenancy number is 8 numbers long and app only lets you sign up with 6 numbers maximum so won’t let me sign up, saying my tenancy number is invalid. Can’t get through to Home Group on number provided. Waste of time

Change yet again
We used to have no. Trouble logging in nor using the app, trouble is now no password recognised so looking like we have to re register and start all over again,
Difficulty in paying rent
Tried paying rent on the app, useless and frustrating. This is supposed to make renting hassle free but it is doing the opposite. Does not do anything at all, can’t pay, can’t complain ,can’t view documents, can’t log repairs so why is it still there?

Really poor user experience
I am unable to carry out any of the tasks I am supposed to. The only menu options available to me are “home” and “log out” neither of which do anything when selected anyway. Completely hopeless. I really hope the issues are being addressed as this is a complete waste of money.
Completely useless app
Using our rent money to pay for this app is frankly scandalous. App serves no purpose. Try and report a repair or issue and it doesn’t work. The app says submitted but when you call them to chase things up they say it was never received. So it’s pointless. Just phone them.
Takes to long to set up
It takes to long to set up I was really excited about getting this app and it didn’t even work properly no wonder this thing doesn’t have enough ratings but I felt bad for them so I gave them a five but it is really a one it say’s great to pay bills and when you look at the age thing it say’s 4+ yeah like any four year old will be paying bills. Stay beautiful
