What's New in Your Life Weekly

1.8

August 11, 2026

Version 1.8 is a complete redrawing of the app, almost every screen has changed. Three ways to read your life: The old zoom control gave you five sizes of the same wall. It has been replaced by three genuinely different drawings: DECADES, where a decade is a tile that reports what it held; YEARS, the full wall with this week lit; and WEEKS, close enough to read a number off. Pinch anywhere on the canvas to move between them. Flip back through the years: The WEEKS view used to show a single year with no way back to the one before it. Every year of your life is now stacked behind it. Flick down and it clicks onto last year, and the one before that, and keeps going. A tap on the marker in the corner brings you back to now. A new setting: New palette, new legend that explains what the six colors mean, and a running readout along the bottom that always tells you which week you are in. SMALLER THINGS · Pinch to change range now works everywhere on the canvas · The current week is easier to find on the full wall · Reduce Motion is respected throughout · Sound effects, and a switch to turn them off · Per-memory colours · Faster scrolling on the full grid
