Amateurish app
In IOS the password reset keyboard doesn’t have an @ symbol so you can’t request a new password.
Hard work
The app needs a lot of work to make it user friendly, it doesn’t pick up any auto fill information when registering, doesn’t work with password manager, and the add to wallet button doesn’t work. My wife, who has a loyalty card has not been able to register the app and link her card as it is not sending the confirmation email.
There is no app support showing in the app. and whilst there is an FAQ tab, there is no way to ask a question if the answer cannot be found.
I am sure this can all be resolved, but it is frustrating as things in this day and age should be 99% working from day one.
The developers need to pull their socks up.
