Thoroughly delightful compendium of skillfully led classes… Such Variety!
They have a warm and inviting aura that accompanies the classes. With big variety of topics, there is consistently high level of abilities in each instructor. I had invested my trust in their online teacher training course (300-hr) to my complete satisfaction. So, having become familiar with several of the instructors I enthusiastically joined the You Yoga Flow Studio. It’s become a regular part of my week, enriching my home practice .

As a Yoga instructor & forever student of Yoga I love using the app to experience a range of teaching styles and practices, when it suits me. High quality of film and sound in a fabulous variety of settings. I am undertaking my 300 hour training with Your Yoga Flow as their style and ethos are amazing. There is something on the app for all levels and the ability to save classes or series is helpful when I wanted to return to a class swiftly that particularly resonated with me.
