Absolutely Amazing
I absolutely love this app, being able to have Todd’s lessons at my fingertips is a huge relief. I recommend this app to everyone in recovery and or have depression/ anxiety. This app is a blessing in my life

Super helpful
I have been using the tips and trainings in this app and it has been making a big difference in my mental state. I have noticed a decrease in anxiety and depression, and a greater appreciation for the experiences I have had and am having. A friend reached out to me during a struggle and I pointed them to this app, and they text me later that it helped them get out of the dark place they were experiencing. I highly recommend it.

Just what I needed
I’ll admit that I have tackled my mental fitness in the same way that I do my physical-ignore it till there’s a problem. This app is great at helping me to remember to do something each day to build my mental fitness. Inspirational, action focused, and fantastic!
