Login issues
Unable to login. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to log in. This is my 3rd time installing this app. It’s getting tiresome.

Unable to access tests results, book Covid vaccination, not finding it useful & certainly not very helpful or convenient.

Useful when it works
Useful for checking appointments and history. However, over the last weeks the App keeps freezing after logging into the records section. Tried reinstalling but no change.
Can’t sign in
Get to the point of second authentication to just get loupes back again and say use a different phone # so I can’t even get any of my information
Broken iPad App
Works great on iPhone, but locks up and cannot display records on iPad.
Cool app
I could easily book my blood work through the app. I’ve moved from Ontario and they don’t have anything similar. Nice job.
Not working!
Used to work just fine, but after the most recent update, the app crashes immediately after opening. Please fix this!!

I can’t even log in anymore. When I have been able to previously it wouldn’t let me see my records or anything. Just another example of wasted spending of taxpayers dollars on remarkable futility.

An amazing app! Been looking for one like this for many years in other provinces
Save yourself the frustration and wasted time.
Yet another example of NS mediocrity. Considering the cost, an absolute disgrace.
Just why?
It literally doesn’t do anything, I can see me vaccinations and passed prescriptions and that’s about the only helpful thing it does. It tells me my test results are in for things but doesn’t actually show me the results. It also logs you out every time you close the app which is insanely irritating.
