Due to a “system glitch” I’ve ended paying twice. But still didn’t get an unlimited access to use the website. No reply. No refund from the company.

The most recent versions have been crashing on startup every single time, rendering the app worse than useless. Please refund my subscription fee, as this is unacceptable.

App is pretty helpful and then I decided to subscribe. After subscription it showing buffering only. Generating no auto reply at all.
