Horrible Quality
Paid to get photos done. HORRIBLE quality. NOTHING like the promotional examples. All looked like clay models, and barely looked like me. Some were even other people.
Just buy a ChatGPT or Claude sub and a basic Higgsfield sub, and use the MCP connector to edit photos way better as much as you want.
Customer support didn’t even respond to my complaint.

Deceptive
First, the app says you have to pay for a monthly subscription. At that point you think great I have full access to the app but as soon as you go to edit your photos it hits you with another charge. I immediately canceled my subscription, even if the app was good that turned me off quite a bit. In my opinion, that is very deceptive because the photo editing is the main feature of the app so it not being included in the subscription should be stated at the first point of sale. It’s like buying a car and then after you pay for it, they tell you the engine is sold separately smh…

Scam
Got the picture option and it’s been 3 days and still no pictures. Tried to contact them to get a refund but there is no way to contact them. You might as well just report the application and don’t waste your time or money.

Impossible to cancel
Beware if you pay for this they do not have a cancelation option in the app, and if they do they hide it. They do this to intentionally make it hard to cancel when the service auto removes. Dishonest company
AI photo enhancement is a ripoff
Don’t waste your money on the AI photo enhancement feature. My photos were clearly AI generated, poor quality, inaccurate, and did not depict my true image whatsoever. Not a single image sent to me was usable. Unlike some other, more reasonably priced apps that I’ve used, transactions through this platform are non-refundable regardless of customer satisfaction, despite their very misleading claims of superior quality, performance and reliability.

Hi there - could you send an email to support@yourmove.ai. The platform doesn't let us issue refunds directly so you have to go through Apple. Alternatively - we could give you another set of photos or a year of access to the whole platform
No response if you have issues
I’ve used this app a couple of times before, and it was okay. This time, I decided to give it another try and paid for 100 pictures—but I only received about half. On top of that, they sent me the same pictures as last time.
I reached out via email and contacted their customer service through the website, but I still haven’t gotten a response. This is really frustrating, and I expect a refund since I didn’t receive what I paid for. Disappointed with the lack of customer support!

This is awesome - be patient as sometimes it takes longer beyond the allotted time for enhanced photos. You’ll be happy with the results - any issues their customer service will respond asap! I’ve purchased two sets of the photos. Not a lot of reviews here but this is legit and works.

STAY AWAY! This guy, Dmitri Mirakyan, is a scammer. I paid $26.99 for my photos to be ready in 3-5 hours but now it’s day 5 and still nothing. This scammer emailed me a 0 byte zip file that had no photos. I inquired about it and he is refusing to give me a refund. This guy is a scammer so stay away
