I love all of the wonderful videos that are offered on Utube. Everything from old movies, religious videos and history videos. You can find everything on Utube. It’s great!
Recommendations are trash and the ads are way too much now
Let’s say my recommendation page it a nice mix of cars, world war 2, and learning channels. If I were to watch one video from a specific creator, than all I see from then on out is that specific creator mostly. It’s ridiculous the amount of pop ups in the middle of a video

There are WAY too many ads and they are WAYYY too long. Like once I got and ad that was one minute long! 20 seconds and less is just fine, but 60 seconds… Is just way too much

You guys release some video stuff way too soon you don’t even give fans a chance to enjoy a race before we know the conclusion of a race because you guys wanna put out stuff before they’ve even replay a replay. It’s rather sickening that I can’t open this app come Sunday till Wednesday cause I can’t and don’t have the time to watch a race on Sunday. I just absolutely cannot open YouTube because you’ll tell me who won the goddamn race that I wasn’t able to watch before I can even see the damn freaking replay.

I love YouTube and have for many many years used it as my personal escape. But to be constantly raising the egregious prices on the premium makes me no longer want to indulge. Yes I have no problem paying extra for ads yet coming back every month and half to an increase is ridiculous youtube!

The ads on this platform are an insult added to the injury of perhaps the dumbest algo for surfacing videos. And they know there is no alternative, so why try to improve it.
