Recent update and the app isn’t allowing my elf headphones to connect to my phone. Keep getting the internal server error. Can’t report the issue since the app is free and not a purchased item and app support takes me to their site where there is no option to report an issue or contact them. The sound driver will not download and install on my pc which operates on windows 10. The app has broken buttons. You cannot use the Contact us button, the About us button, Help or any Orders button.

But the app itself refuses to connect to the headset, even though it’s already connected to the phone. Ridiculous. You can still use some of the features without the app. But it’s very disappointing. Constantly logs me out. Updating my headset is a hassle because it keeps disconnecting from the app yet my headset never has trouble connecting to other things. Never saves my settings so every time I turn the headset on I have to then LOG IN TO THE APP BECAUSE I GOT LOGGED OUT AGAIN and do my settings. I might sell them.

They are AMAZING even after 2 YEARS!
I got these in 2021 for a Christmas gift and the case it came in broke BUT after a year of being tossed all offer and moved in a box with hard plastic stuff they were so good and my favorite part is that if I charge the headphones for 15 mins they last for a hour! And I love the light over all the quality is amazing I recommend buying these instead of 200 dollars on AirPods that die after 1-5 hours when if you charge these headphones for 1 hour it last 48 HOURS! I love them 😊😊😊
