YP Dine User Info
As a number of people have reported, sometimes you have to enter your personal info (name, email, phone) when making a reservation even though it all shows up in your profile. A work around that I’ve found is logout of your profile then log back in. This usually fixes the problem - for a while anyway.

Worst site to find restaurants
Who ever runs this company should be fired. You games bought out other companies and destroyed the search experience. I can’t believe your still in business. It’s such a hard app to use. There’s a reason why you have 2 stars overall. Complete joke.

Cette app fonctionne bien. Je l’ai utilisé à quelques reprises et je n’ai à redire.
Point négatif : lorsque l’on veut choisir le nombre de personne, la date ainsi que l’heure de la réservation il est difficile de voir les chiffres La couleur choisi laisse à désirer. Ce n’est pas très intuitif. Il faudrait avoir une couleur plus visible ainsi que faciliter le choix du jour, mois et heure.

Ok but not great
There are lots of good dining choices available and many places don’t appear on other dining apps. On the downside when I reserve, I have to enter my name and coordinates although my profile is up to date. Also some restaurants require you to call them to check availability and reserve, which I can do without using this app.

What a stupid app!
So Bookenda was swallowed up by YP Dine over a year ago and I was informed to delete the Bookenda app and use YP Dine instead. However a whole bunch of restaurants listed on Bookenda CANNOT be booked through YP yet can still done done via a browser. C'mon, get it together!
Hot mess
This app contains tons of issues. It’s barely able to book a table only if you’re willing to do a few ends rounds to get you the date you want. The search process is horrible and the range of times are extremely limiting. Poor design makes it hard. The restaurant list is actually decent, which gets it the single star. Too bad it’s so difficult to book them.

I’m logged in but still need to enter contact info. You do a search for day/time/party size? Restaurants showing up don’t have tables. If you click on a search result, you have to hit the reserve button and enter AGAIN the day/time/party size.

re-enter personal info EVERY TIME
So confused about why I have enter my name/email/phone number for every single reservation I make, despite being logged in and seeing all of my personal information listed under the settings. People! This should be fixed asap. Highly annoying. Also, the tool used for finding a date is awful. Why not show an entire calendar view versus scrolling digit by digit through each month? Pretty design does not equal good user experience.

Not a great app
The app is connected to Facebook and yet asks me to fill out every field any time I make a reservation. You also can’t cancel a reservation through the app. So if you’ve made a reservation at one place and wish to cancel it and reserve somewhere else you can’t. These problems persist for months on end it just seems like they’ve given up on this app.

Being able to add a reservation to your calendar would be a good addition to the app.

Once connected to ‘me’ do not ask me for all personal info each time app is used to make a reservation.

Ne peut réserver pour un resto
Une fois cherche un restaurant spécifique dans l’app et le trouve, mais la fonctionnalité de réservation n’est pas là, seulement le numéro de téléphone. Je vais sur le site du restaurant et je peux réserver en ligne, par le même service PJ resto. Une fois réservé en ligne, ma réservation apparaît dans l’app. A quoi cela sert-il d’avoir l’app dans ce cas?
