YPerson

YPerson helps you remember the people you meet and keep their contact details current. Create a digital card with your name, role, company, email, short description, appearance, and an audio greeting. After you save it, the greeting is available to confirmed YPerson contacts; the anonymous public web card excludes audio. Your public card can be exchanged by QR code or nearby Bluetooth. Your private phone is never included in QR or Bluetooth and is provided only to a selected confirmed person after Face ID or the device passcode. Cards you receive stay in YPerson. You can separately approve adding or updating details in Contacts, save where you met only on your iPhone, and receive notifications when a public card changes. Features: • a digital card with public fields and a protected phone; • public-only QR code and Bluetooth exchange; • recipient-specific private-phone sharing, updates, and revocation; • an audio greeting for confirmed YPerson contacts; • discovery of saved card images in selected photos; • user-confirmed Contacts reconciliation; • a local meeting-context note; • free standard and sponsored templates; • a QR scanner shortcut widget and card-update notifications; • report and block controls for synchronized YPerson contacts; • full profile deletion. YPerson requests system access only after you choose the related feature. Denial does not block your core card because alternative exchange and import methods remain available. Contacts, original photos and camera frames, precise location, and Face ID data are not sent to the server or analytics.
