Please fix this! I can’t use my treadmill! There’s no way to contact the company. :( If you fix it I will change my review to 5 stars.

This app no longer works and neither does the remote. Do not buy from this company!!!
Broken and still not fixed
App broke after I upgraded my iPhone. No fix has been provided. Unable to login, asking for 4 digit pin and password that had never bien asked before.
Can’t use
Update logged me out when I never had to login in the first place and no information available to “register?” So the app no longer works, which would render my treadmill completely useless if I didn’t have one backup physical remote still. Deeply annoying for not a cheap purchase
Cannot Log In
Same as the other review. After updating my iPhone, the app is asking to login and I never had to do that previously. I would easily open the app and start the treadmill. Also asking for a four digit pin which I don’t have either-very disappointing, really liked it but now I can’t use it. Please do not buy. I thought Bluetooth would be very easy which it was but now the remotes don’t work either and I can’t use it. Better off buying without Bluetooth. Rate it negative 5 stars (rate it 1 star in order to submit this review)

Stopped working
After the latest update it stopped working and I lost all my data and progress. It’s worthless now and frustrating. I can’t re-register nor retrieve my password.
Disappointed
This was the only app that worked with my under the desk treadmill and it no longer works since the last iPhone software update. I downloaded the YIFIT app by YPOO and it will start my treadmill but I can’t adjust the speed or turn the treadmill off. The remotes that came with the treadmill do t work at all and I depended on the app. It worked great for my needs until this last update, no I can’t use my treadmill at all. Very disappointing.

No network connection
App just stopped connecting and also the remote for my treadmill broke LOL. I’m out $350 dollars because the app is on a server and they shut the server down. Disgusting, why does a remote control require a server?
Doesn’t connect to tread
This app doesn’t connect to the tread that came with it so it’s mostly useless and now I can’t track my workouts.
Avoid this app
Crashes constantly. Does not allow for customization of settings between metric and imperial. Does not include walking as an exercise…AND IT IS AN UNDER-DESK TREADMILL. Use your Apple Watch and put it on your ankle/shoe.
No Apple Health support?
I can’t believe a sports app like this doesn’t support Apple Health.

I can’t even register. The screens are all white and you can’t see what you’re supposed to type.
Ridiculous that bugs aren’t fixed after a year
I’m seeing reviews reporting the same issues I’m experiencing? Why is the app offered if it’s not being maintained? I tried to register but the screen is white and so is the text. I did the best I could and just guessed with the scroll bars but I have no idea where to go from here now that I’m in. The same issues exist within the app too.

Fix the app background and text color
I was able to begin registration for an account but when the text and background are both white it’s difficult to see what you type or select. I closed the app and now opening the app is just a black white screen. Please fix these issues so it can be used with product.

White screen
The screen was completely white. I was not able to see anything to create a login. I am using the USA version.
