Frustrated
I am currently participating in a drug trial and am extremely frustrated with the app. More often than not, I have to enter my medication logs three or four times before they are successfully saved. The alarms are inconsistent, and there appears to be no way to edit or delete them. Unfortunately, these issues are significantly skewing the data intended to be collected, due to the difficulties and inconsistencies in input.

Alarms
Need to fix the alarms. Has worked a couple of times now doesn’t. This seems to be an ongoing issue with other patients as well. Very cumbersome to change or set. Alarm didn’t go off last night. I realised once I crawled into bed so went and did the survey. It’s not ideal as alarm didn’t go off. Please fix this issue

40+ notifications in less than 5 minutes
I use to have no problem with this app. Now the past few months I will get notification after notification. The most was 47 notifications back to back over less than 5 minutes. Very disruptive and actually makes me not remember to do the diary because I can’t even get into the app when this is happening. Developers need to fix this, it would not be that hard to do. Don’t know what they changed in the code a few months ago, but they need to look at it again and update the app.

Really Slow Lately and Reminders Don’t Work
This app used to be pretty decent, but in the last week or so the data sync (which happens at load and after every survey) takes really long! Like minutes! Also the reminder notifications work a bit inconsistently and now they don’t work at all. Please fix!
Fix the alarm
Being unable to disable/delete the alarm without uninstalling the entire app is extremely annoying.
