Some important instructions For App usage:
1.The App can be used by any registered restaurant with YQ. And the app is designed specifically for waiters so waiters of all registered restaurants can use this app for orders, food preparation, service and bill Tracking.
2.Only waiters of registered restaurants can use this App.
3.The App is not intended for use by general public.
4.The App can be used by any South African restaurant.
5.Users of this app will already be registered from the back-end (CMS) and users can login via this app.
6.The app is free to use for any restaurant - waiters that are registered with YQ
App Features:
Table Reservation Status: A waiter can have a check on all his assigned tables, how many of them are occupied and when the reserved tables will get free.
Online Orders: Waiter will receive the orders in App which are ordered by customer online.
Walk in Customer: You can add orders of all walk-in customers in the App
Food Preparation Status: You can send all orders to kitchen where food will be prepared and you can track its preparation time
Food Serving: When the food will be ready, you will receive a notification to serve food to the customer on their respective tables.
Payment Receiving: Customer will make all bill payments through his app and you will receive all payment and tip notifications here.
