Privacy Breach
Have you heard about privacy laws? There is no reason that the very 1st screen of the App needs to demand your date of birth. I won’t be trusting my personal details and security with such an App.
Great app! But please optimise for newer phones
This used to be my favourite app. Now it’s slow and clunky. Thinking of actually going back to waiting in line. It also keeps crashing on the new iOS. Are you guys ever going to update this?
Fraud
I placed an order and paid with my credit card. i went to the restaurant to pick up my order and i found out that the restaurant i ordered food was closed permanently year ago.
I didn’t see any option to make complaint.

Have had problems ordering, unable to pull up payment option at time of ordering even though payment is set up in settings.

App has been abandoned
Pretty sure the developers have abandoned this app. It’s not optimised for anything bigger than iPhone 5, it’s buggy as hell, and half the businesses on there don’t even accept orders through YQ anymore.

Love it, no waiting around, no queues, exactly what I ordered every time, cafe staff know my name, super easy to use.
Only two bugs, 1) cafe staff can't see the pick up time so my hot choc was cold by the time I picked it up yesterday. I have to use the note field so they can see it. 2) Update only comes when I open the app- so occasionally I can't order, which is why I opened the app. Please fix so that I can pause update or something. Not good if opportunity for sales is lost because I can't order when I want to. Cheers!

Updating is a problem
Great app, should be getting five stars except that it won't open if there is an update pending. As the school lunch system depends on it this can cause a huge inconvenience. Please address, thanks

Good app/service. It needs an option to turn off the daily receipt emails though. I get a dopamine crash each time I get an email and then realise I'm just being reminded how many coffees I'm buying. A weekly or monthly tally option would be useful.
Very convenient!
YQ is very efficient and convenient to order food and drinks. It shorten the time which wasted for long in the queue, and very easy and fast to pay it. I recommend this app to ppl who are busy in the morning or hate waiting. :)
