After pay is absolutely messed for me, keeps telling me my address isn’t legit…very confusing and frustrating. App works decent besides that.
The app is great
The app works fantastic. First tried to order something through the website and was having issues so I tried the app and no issues anymore. This will be our second pair of shoes through the company our first we’re perfect. Hope these bring the same joy
Customer service is bad
It auto selected 6 when I tried to put in 10 and customer service was bad all I wanted was to know if they could halp me but they ignored me.
And one of my boots has dents.
Definitely gonna forget about this brand, cute but i don’t know if im comfortable buying from here again.

Please fix your app
Hi I’m a new customer trying to sign in to the app and it keeps crashing. I want to stay updated on my presale purchase. Please update your app and fix it to where it runs properly.
App doesn’t work 😭
Love Yru was trying to get ready for a pre order, took 20 minutes to make an account cause the app couldn’t find me then it crashed and crashed my whole phone and after that was never able to open the app again even after multiple re downloads
It’s sad
I love the shoes that are on here but as soon as I tried to log in on the app it just keeps glitching me out to my Home Screen. I am on. IOS so I’m not sure if it’s just an apple thing but I’m upset lol
app unusable
when you try to login to your account the app will close every time. You also can’t look at the sections for shoes.

app literally doesn’t work. i downloaded it and logged in and the app crashes every time i open it. i deleted it and redownloaded to try again and it just continually crashes

App won’t open, and when it does I can’t click on any of the tabs such as new or any collections. It’s not good, not at all usable
what happened
my app used to work perfectly fine and then one day all the items disappeared and im not getting notifications anymore. if i tried to login to my account the app would crash, and id have to redownload it. please fix i want my discount notifications :(
Unstable app
I’m surprised it let me order, but now the app won’t even let me open :c luckily I checked via the webpage and my order did go through. Hopefully the app fixes soon 🖤
