Original cards are the only way to play and have fun
cheating new cards in this game makes this game unworthy of plane
Brings back memories
First, I want to say thank you for creating one of my favorite mobile games. I’ve been a Yu-Gi-Oh! fan for years, and Duel Links captures the feeling of actually being a Duelist better than almost any other game I’ve played. The animations, the voice acting, the music, the character interactions, and the storytelling all make the game feel alive.
One of my favorite features is the unique summoning animations for signature monsters. Seeing iconic cards come to life never gets old, and I think adding even more unique attack animations or signature voice lines for ace monsters would make the experience even more immersive. I’d love to hear characters call out specific attacks the way they do in the anime.
I also love the progression system. Climbing the ranked ladder, improving my decks, and testing my skills against other Duelists is incredibly rewarding. The competitive aspect keeps me coming back because every duel feels like an opportunity to improve.
That said, I have one major concern, and it’s the first time I’ve felt compelled to leave critical feedback.
The current meta surrounding Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon has made ranked duels feel repetitive and frustrating. In my last ten matches, roughly eight of my opponents were using essentially the same Dragoon strategy. In one stretch, I faced five Dragoon decks in a row. Instead of feeling like I’m adapting to different Duelists with different strategies, it feels like I’m playing against the exact same deck over and over again.
The issue isn’t simply that the card is strong, powerful cards are part of Yu-Gi-Oh!. The problem is that Dragoon is so powerful, so consistent, and so difficult to answer that it feels like many decks either have to play it or be built specifically to counter it. Losing within two to five turns because of the same card repeatedly isn’t enjoyable, and building a deck solely to beat one monster takes away a lot of the creativity that makes deck building fun.
One of the things I’ve always loved about Duel Links is seeing the incredible variety of decks people create. I’ve lost to some amazingly creative strategies, and honestly, those losses are fun because I learn something new. But when the majority of matches revolve around one overpowered monster, that variety disappears.
I truly love this game, and that’s why I’m taking the time to write this. I want Duel Links to continue being the incredible game that it is. I hope you’ll consider ways to balance Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon or adjust the current meta so that more deck diversity can thrive again.
Thank you for continuing to support Duel Links. I genuinely appreciate all the work your team puts into the game, and I hope my feedback helps make an already amazing game even better.

Too Much Clicking
Too much clicking to close notifications. It is definitely spam. So annoying. I would avoid this app.
Terrible
This app sucks you can’t complain when there is an issue also lets people cheat like crazy. The real Yugi would not allow this
