Not working
After the most recent update, I can only connect to my hub while I’m on my home WiFi. I used to be able to use a cellular service to connect. But now it doesn’t allow me to connect, only in my home’s local network.
Looks nice, but not great
Decided to give this app a go over the old one. The interface is much nicer and allows you to setup up how you like with favourite devices etc. but……it randomly looses all the favourites you save and you have to start again. Have reverted back to the old app for now. Will try again in the new year. Hopefully it will have stabilised.

Some instability in latest release
The app often starts up looking for its HC3, as well as losing the favourites (especially devices).

Great app for Fibaro interface.
This is more a user level app rather than an admin level although still allows management of devices add and removal and setup.
More functions with every update.
Some updates do remove favourites from Home Screen and revert some permissions like location to off.

Battery issued fixed
I’m pleased to say the battery issues on iPhone at has been fixed so I can go back to leaving it in background mode.
Updates keep getting worse and worse
On the lastest version, you can’t even connect to HC3. The widgets have been gone for 6months and there is still not an update reintroducing them. This is insane
No Widgets & Battery Drain
Used 53% battery in background, has affected all iPhones in our household and still no widget support so can’t use Siri anymore. Support is terrible.

Burning Battery
I’ve just noticed that the latest update has used 47% of my battery today (iPhone 16 pro max) with background activity. Tried everything - turning off background updates makes no difference, deleting and reinstalling. Same issue. You’re killing my phone.

Battery Eater
Since the update, the app in background has used 76% of battery in one day. iPhone 14 Pro Max hardly used during the day, used to charge every couple of days is now under 10% by 6pm” Please fix.
Useless
Doesn’t communicate with the radiator at all! All day it’s said my heater is 38.9°c which is wildly incorrect as it’s not even on.
I’ve tried to alter the temperature with the +/- buttons and there’s no response at all.
Why bother having smart tech if it’s more useless than a rock!?

Horrible software!!
UI is horrible. No way to update hub software using this app as an error about “not connected to local network” keeps coming up! But my phone and the hub ARE on the same wifi network. Now, am I suppose to disconnect the hub from my wifi network then connect to the hub network to be able to update the hub software? Why can’t the hub do it directly? And the Fibaro help chatbot is offline. Ugh!

Limited with iOS18
In iOS18 it not longer supports Apple Widgets, which means it no longer works with Siri nor shortcuts on the your Lock Screen. Really disappointing as it’s a pretty decent system but FIBARO support is terrible, don’t expect help or replies from them.

Kolejna aplikacja od Fibaro która nie spełnia oczekiwań użytkowników.
Zrobicie coś w końcu we współpracy z użytkownikami. Każda kolejna wersja aplikacji (nie update tylko nowe wersje robicie od zera) jest mniej logiczna od poprzedniej. Nie rozumiem waszej polityki. Urządzenia macie świetne, centralki dają radę - stać was na porządnych soft developerów.
Another let down from Fibaro
This is a worse interface than the one before and the one before was worse than the one before that! Fibaro continue to move in the backward direction.
