Half of everything you order is sold out. Every time.
Their app is terrible. Every time I place an order, they call back 30 minutes later to tell me that half of my selections are sold out. Absolutely no point.

Best grocery delivery out there 🙌🙌🙌
My family and I have been using Yummy for years but really started using it from 2020 on and we have nothing but good to say. They have some of the best sources of meat, produce, and essentials as opposed to my neighboring grocery stores. They’re super quick to deliver (after I place my order and they’re usually at my place within 15-30 mins which is way better than Instacart) and their fees are super reasonable, as I usually get free delivery for my orders. Overall great company with a great service!!

Huge improvement, good app, fast delivery
This new app is a huge improvement, and it’s way faster. These guys carry a really good selection of products and their delivery is probably the fastest and most reliable in LA. They are also probably one of the last apps that still offers phone support if you need help, while all other apps have switched to strictly chat support (which can be a headache) being able to call directly to one of their stores makes me feel a lot more comfortable when placing a large order. They carry some great craft beers and wines. Try the sandwiches.

Not so good anymore
Used to be quick, although annoying to always be required to sign even though I checked no contact delivery. Now I just tried one last time and it-again for the 4th time- took 2 hours with no update or call to let me know it would be late. Might as well use Amazon fresh or instacart if you need things in a pinch with that kind of time frame.

Doesn’t sync with new website
Since they launched the new yummy site, now when I add items on my phone in this app it no longer shows on the web. This is a pain. Please fix
Terrible performance
Freezes constantly. Won’t allow a search for products. Needs work.
Delivery is Long
I’ve been using Yummy for a few years. Tonight I have waited over 4 hours for my order. Not with the price anymore. Time gets longer and longer. When I called they said it was on the way…an hour ago for the 2nd time.
Glitchy app, good service
Was pretty annoying in the pandemic earlier when they kept requiring a signature even though I checked (no contact leave at door) but they adjusted and have not been requiring it lately. Huge issues within the app being buggy with the search options making it take three times as long to order. But overall they always arrive quickly and call me for any substitutions needed. :)

Buggy app
Buggy app and website that’s keeps on promoting the user to sign in, even though I already did so and while trying to process the payment. Also, why is Yummy tack on an additional fee beyond the delivery fee?
Also, clinking in the email link doesn’t provide the user with the option to launch the app and nor does it apply the free delivery option when checking out.
By the looks of it, it doesn’t look like the developer gives a dame about solving the technical issues reported.
Reluctantly, I deleted the app and returned to the website so that I can take advantage of the free delivery for being a repeat customer within a given time.

Great service
Yummy is great! I hate going out in traffic. It usually only takes them about 20-30 minutes to get to my apartment.. so great when I have friends over and need beer or wine.
Bad app experience
I have an iPhone 8S and app does not display correctly. Tried redownloading it 3 times. The issue occurs at the pay and order section. Which means, I went through the trouble of filling my cart only to end up not being able to order anything.
Good app.
Thank you for adding tip and delivery at the door option. The only problem is that when you input the tip, the number is not visible in the box and one can’t see how much tip is added.
Overcharge
I won’t recommend it to you, because they overcharge, and you cannot get anything you need in the market, last time they charged me tips for 20$?

It’s a growing concern in the community for store deliveries that requires signature due to transmission of Coronavirus. Yummy is one of them. Please remove the condition of requiring signature at the door. A lot of elderly people live here that are very vulnerable. Please just leave groceries at the door and just add service fee for a tip for the delivery person like so many other stores. We really appreciate any efforts on this. Thank you in advance!

Does not work
Buggy app, cannot accept my payment.
Failure
Has never worked for me. Keep getting a message at checkout that says “error can not process order at this time please call the store”. When I call the store they say try online. I get the same message online. I could have driven to the store and got the items in the amount of time I’ve spent trying to order anything.

Works great. Just doesn't have your saved payments from your account. App only lets you make cash delivery only
Somehow makes their crappy website feel like a dream
For a company with .com in the name you'd think their UI and UX would be slightly better than awful. They haven't even had an app until recently and the website caused levels of frustration comparable to AOL 4.0. This app is astronomically worse - barely usable at all - and had me going back to the website with a sigh of relief. Weird strategy, Yummy. Please improve.
