Great VOIP App
This story takes place 8 months ago. I was bored, so I decided to look at communication apps to use with friends and family. While I was exploring, I found an app called Yungo. According to the discription, it lets you make free calls between app users and make paid calls at very competitive rates. Upon reading this, I decided to download the app and try it out. Once I downloaded the app and asked one of my contacts to install this app, I noticed something that I didn’t expect. When I tapped on the contact to make a call, the free call button didn’t work. I got a server error and I could only make a paid call. It made me angry, so I contacted the support team. I explained to them what the issue was but they ignored my request and gave me a response stating that I could make calls to Yungo users, which I already tried.
A few months later, I decided to try using the app again. When I tapped the free call button, the call went through with no issue. I was so happy the issue was resolved. As a result, I would recommend the app to anyone.

I paid for one month subscription and every single time I open this app, you have to register and login again using OTP. Now after 10 days of use, it is not letting me to login. I demand a cash back. Please avoid this.

Can’t even sign up
When I try to sign up it keeps saying invalid number format. I tried every format possible

I have tried to get a virtual number by using cerdit card payment or paypal . Every time I had confirmed payment, I get error message display ( Whoops! Access denied).

I used this app almost a year with samsung mobile but know i have changed my number and phone,so I have try to sign in with my number it says .failed with so many attempts with the first step ,is there any other way to sign in.

Poor quality
The quality is very poor. Sometimes it never connects and when it does you can't hear properly and eventually cuts off.

Очень дорого. Постоянно шлют СМСки - звоните на любой номер по 0,001, то по 0,01 центов за минуту, набираешь номер, а там цена 0,05 на городские. А это дороже чем в Скайп и Вайбер. С такими ценами прога мертвая.

I recently downloaded this app to give a try as one of my friend referred, I would like to mention that I had very good Video call on this. Sound clarity was wonderful. Very easy to setup. Would recommend others- give a try if you fancy linking up video/ calls. Thanks MAK-II

Only the trial is good. Once we recharge, no calls are clear. Only one side we can hear. Other side there won’t be any sound. Don’t know where to complaint or how to fix it. No online helpline or local contact number.
