Bad customer service
After making deposits, they rejected my verification and there’s no way I can verify again and any other time I try it keeps rejecting and I asked support to refund my $54 but they keep saying they don’t ask access to funds and will insist I verify which it doesn’t work. I want my refund I don’t want to use your app

This is the worst app for receiving payment, they will always experience system problems. You won’t be able to withdraw your money until they scam you your hard earned money.

They are fraudsters . They stole my 5,000ghc which disappeared from my account and they could not explain where the money was . Please don’t even think of trying it

Yunlen is a scam. I topped up my card to run Facebook ads, and the money stayed pending for 3 days. When I contacted customer support, they said there was nothing they could do about it.
I also paid $2 to open an account, but for over a month now it still says “under review.” Customer support Tifang keeps saying there’s nothing they can do.
They take your money without providing the service you paid for, delay everything, and only process things whenever they want. I would not recommend using them.
