best language learning app!
This is the best app I have ever used to learn I have been using it since about 2022 and have been waiting so long for them to come out with more languages because the app is just that good it would truly be a dream come true 😭

This app is beautifully designed and the course contains a wealth of useful vocabulary and grammar concepts that are tailored to be useful in real life! I'm currently studying the Japanese course, and also Chinese with another app called 'Hello Chinese' from the same developer. Both are fantastic and worth every penny! 🥳

Amazing app for learning Japanese!
I am learning Japanese, but I’m sure my review applies to people studying Korean as well!
Everything from the videos of native speakers to the questions and dialogues are very useful and have real world uses. It’s set up so you can master conversational basics quickly if you’re planning a trip in the near future. My favorite feature has to be the audio review feature, instead of listening to a podcast in the car or with your AirPods on around the house, you can review words and grammar/sentences you’ve already covered. On other apps (like the one with the bird) I felt like it was playing a game and after months felt like I didn’t learn much. YuSpeak is definitely better and different from all the other apps, because YuSpeak actually helps familiarize the user to hearing the language spoken and to understand it in order to respond back confidently and correctly. It starts you off easy with simple sentences but the progression in difficulty is natural and not overwhelming, plus it keeps reinforcing the topics you already covered while teaching you new ones. I highly recommend downloading YuSpeak, it has a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips for learning Japanese and resources such as stories to read based on language level and as I mentioned before hands free audio reviews of the material you’ve already covered.

I Love This!
I really love this it was informative and fun and the nemonic’s really helped me remember some made me laugh cause that’s not how the sounds go in English however I understood the connotation, context and connection so it still works. And once I got the hang of it I don’t have to think so much and can just remember! Thanks for the great app! It’s literally my first time trying this app and I feel like I really learned, understand and can retain. Great job! Thanks for your hard work it’s really paying off! Btw I’m doing both the Japanese and Korean without any problems. I can wait to move to the readers and other resources you have provided!!! If you one day even add Mandarin I could hit the trifecta lol

Very good for grammar and actually useful stuff but gets kind of fast!

I’m writing this review. I’m very sleepy. I can’t think of a bunch of flowery words to describe the experience. I enjoy this app and it’s teaching me a lot and I really enjoy the little comic book things they do.
Most consistent Korean app ever
This app is already great, but if you could add dark mode I’d really appreciate it. Oh and make it support a horizontal layout would also be so helpful! Especially to make the mac experience better for schooling. Other than that this app gets an easy 5/5!

ui 깔끔+귀여운건 둘째치고, 구성이 진짜 딱 좋아요 타 외국어 어플은 너무 심한 반복이 많은데 이건 딱 한 레슨에 끝내주면서 복습코너도 따로 있고, 단어와 문법을 따로 가르쳐줘서 헷갈리지 않고 좋습니다. 수준도 너무 쉬움->개어려움 으로 가는게 아니라 적당한 난이도와 단계로 개발자분들이 많이 신경쓰셨다는게 느껴져요.
매일 루틴으로 해서 하고 있을 만큼 좋아요 아직 전 초급이지만, 다른 분들 말씀대로 상급까지 있으면 평생 공부하기 좋을것같아요 ^^

I found this app to be an excellent app to study Japanese. Very easy to understand instructions and I don’t find this app to miss any important points that needs to be addressed while learning the language.

This app is just getting started, but it’s amazing! They have everything together and are making updates regularly. YuSpeak is from the creators of Hello Chinese. When this app has reached full maturity it will surpass LingoDeer in every way.

So far I’m liking the app! I was introduced to them by a friend using the Chinese learning app and we’re both enjoying learning. I wish I could do a placement test of some kind but I’m honestly glad for the refresher on the basics
