He tenido varios problemas con los restaurantes y los de Yuuju no ofrecieron ninguna solución. Solo saben decir una disculpa pero no resuelven nada. Recomiendo pedir directo con el restaurante porque la aplicación horrible, los repartidores buenos pero el servicio al cliente.

Porque si no hubiese sido por pedir un pedido no hubiéramos tenido mi prima y yo una gran experiencia.
Ni como contactar al repartidor
Horrible, esta app es súper anticuada al momento de querer contactar con el repartidor e investigar que tal va el pedido, me tuvieron esperando media hora para un pedido simple y el repartidor canceló la orden, cuando la pedí a tiempo y con rango de entrega. Mejor me paso a PedidosYa, es mucho más cómoda y si resuelve los problemas.

Cliente paga el pedido y lo cancelan cuando quieren, al tocar reembolsarle se tardan de 3 a 5 días o más siendo ellos que cancelan los pedidos
No preparan los pedidos de pick up
De nada sirve pedir para ir a traer al restaurante si siempre toca hacer la fila en caja y esperar que hagan el pedido
Aceptan pedidos
Me aceptaron el pedido para decirme media hora después que mi ubicación estaba fuera de su rango 🤡
This place is a greedy scam
My wife ordered something. She had to cancel it because they don’t know how to switch from pick up to delivery. They told her they’d give her a store credit. She went for the store credit and they person waited until closing time to waste all the time to talk to her. She asked to speak to a manager and they wouldn’t give her a manager to speak to. This is a disgrace of a company to steal money because they have incompetent employees that can’t do their job correctly. My wife ordered a new order because she was hungry and the person handed her a bag and the drink was already open and had some taken out of the bottle. And the customer service isn’t even available to fix the issue.

It’s unfortunate it could be better but they lack the customer service vision and training
Training and vision for customer service is lacking in this app. Downloaded it in Honduras and it used to be good, now it’s just ‘lame’. I have no other word that describes it better. The app, drivers and customer service overall through their help service is upsetting.
Demasiado tiempo de espera
Más de dos horas para asignar un conductor. Al ordenar para recoger en el restaurante siempre hay que hacer fila y esperar para que le tomen la orden.
