Solid app for the charger
Works fine. Does what it is supposed to do… controls my ZBENY charger. Only control I’d like if technically possible is app control over the green LED light bar brightness on the charger. It is too bright. Like a lighthouse beacon of a night. Also, needs a manual in the app, as half of the control functions I have no idea what they are for.

Don’t
A real clunker is this app. Poorly translated, full of mysterious error codes and baffling non-intuitive pathways. I haven’t been able to register my EV charger or get it online so it sits outside, unsecured and available to anyone who wants to use it.
Good app, does what it needs to do.
Generally a very good and reliable app to control the EV charger. Perhaps just a little clunky.

The app is working as expected since the last upgrade.
It's working well on my iPhone X and I haven't had any issues lately.
Load balancing seems to be problematic, but that seems to be related to the installer.

App ha dejado de funcionar
La nueva versión ha dejado de permitir que cargue el coche, arréglenlo rapido. No puedo cargar el coche
Must reset chargers after update
The app doesn’t work after the last update. Finally I figured out that the chargers must be deleted and added again. You will need the chargers PIN code for this. After adding them as new devices, the app works.

Hola acaba de actualizar la App veo que antes era de color verde y ha pasado a color azul bueno he perdido todo lo que tenía en ajustes y no puedo entrar en el cargador además me pide que me registre si llevo más de un año utilizando iba perfecto esto ya pasó otra vez y rápidamente llegó otra actualizacion que se puso verde y todo quedó bien por favor arreglen rápido no puedo cargar

Peor que la anterior y eso que era mala de narices, no deja programar, yo lo pongo a las 00:00 horas a hasta completar y ahora es cargar directamente aunque lo programes… si no, no carga… muy mala

App no funciona bien
Si llego a ver las reseñas antes de adquirir el cargador EVUS que utiliza esta app, hubiera elegido otra marca. He intentado por meses que solucionen el poder cargar el coche por la noche y no han sido capaces, y al final han optado por dejar de contestar a los correos… mi coche es un Volvo y he probado con otras dos marcas de cargadores y funciona perfectamente pero por lo que sea ellos no son capaces de solucionarlo. En mi caso solo funciona para enchufar y cargar directamente. Todas las demás funciones que ofrece la aplicación no funcionan… por lo tanto no sirve para nada.

Intermittent faults. Won’t connect to device every time, sometimes fails to charge. Weekly timer does not include a Saturday!? Why?

Sometimes does not conect. Sometimes does not charge on timer. The weekly timer only has 6 days in it. There are seven days in a week! We have had this app and Z box for about a year.
Apps dead
Latest updated killed the app. Crashes when trying to connect to the charger, now cannot charge my car. Brilliant.
Useless
The app (together with its hardware) do not do as they say. Has been installed for 6 months and still not performing as advertised. At least twice a week I get a ‘failed to connect. Please try again’ error. No amount of trying establishes a connection. The only solution is to power cycle the wall unit. The language used in the app is often incomprehensible.

Acabo de actualizar la APP y de momento no puedo entrar para programar la carga.
Además de ser poco intuitiva y dar muy poca información de la carga. Muy mala.

Useful app to manage wall charger
I like the way I can use the app choose the amperage to charge at. This means after calculating the amps needed to fully charge the EV in the time available, I can dial up the required value on the app and set it going. The app is a little buggy, especially when doing a firmware update - hopefully the latest update has fixed those bugs.

Terrible app. March 2023
Doesn’t do what it claims to do. Can’t set a regular charging time. It keeps defaulting to 00. Only works in plug & go mode. Access to help written in English might help
