Website is nonexistent and I can’t log in!
Took me years to be able to finally figure out the log in, and now I can’t log in, reset my password, or track my kids!
I just can’t understand why the website it sends you to has nothing to do with the app!

Delay in notification by 6 minutes and scan history missing
Not real time alerts delay by 3 to 6 minutes and scan history missing at least a month or week data to be available. Last year the app worked well but this year it is having issues
Logged out. Can’t log back in!
The app work fine from Aug 2022 until Mar 2023. I was logged out and now it says “unable to log in please try again”. I have reset my password several times but still can’t log into the app. I can log in via the website, but it’s not worth having to refresh your browser to see if your child has scanned on or off the bus. I just realized that the app hasn’t been updated in over 3 years. No wonder this crap doesn’t work. Please fix this!!!

Horrible App
The app has worked great so far, but after the new year holidays I never know what time my child scanned the card onto or leaving the bus.
Also, the app has logged me out and I'm able to go to a separate phone and log in just fine as well as logging in via the website.
This issue needs to be fixed ASAP, this is a big safety issue.

Doesn’t Work
Recently it has been sending me notifications 10+ minutes after a scan, if at all, and it no longer shows the scan time in the app.
No scan times showing
Was working okay and suddenly the scan times aren’t showing up when I open the app and the oldest logs don’t have any information on them at all. Only the notifications are showing the times, although it’s always delayed about 2-3 minutes.
Please Update!!

I have three kids using their zpasses. I have notifications for only one. I drive school bus and talk to their driver- they all have their passes and use them.

I have deleted and installed the app 2-3 times and i keep getting 2-3 reminder of the same thing it worries me if my kid is getting on or off the bus this bug needs to get fixed asap
Multiple iOS notifications for each scan
We have 2 kids using Z-Pass. Each time they scan on AND off, we get 4-5 iOS notification per badge scan.

This app only worked fine for two days by the third day it logged me out and it wouldn’t let me log back in. I’m able to sign in through the website but not through the app. How disappointing!
Needs an update
Time is off. Keep getting logged out so don’t get notifications. Now it’s telling me I’m unable to login, but not because the username and password are wrong…just because. And when I am logged in I get triple notifications for one rider’s scan.

If I could give zero stars I would. You need to fix this app. It doesn’t work either on the website or on the phone. I can log in. But it’s just a white screen. Fix this app!!

Notifications Stopped!
I used to get notifications when my kids scanned on or off the bus. Now I don’t get anything, if I want to check I have to open the app. Re-login and check activity.
How horrible!
The kids school just started this, and I set up the account and app- and the ONLY information in 2 screens are the kids names- the “home” screen is totally blank- meaning NOTHING about ANY of their scans. It is a waste of money and time and plastic and memory and personal data!!!!!
