No longer a valid Scrabble dictionary
If you’re using this for Scrabble where players agree on a specific dictionary, this application is no longer helpful. Nice try, but you broke an app that didn’t need fixing!

Sorry - the official dictionaries need to be licensed. This uses the SCOWL dictionary, which is similar

Not every word
I do find this app useful but it needs an update or to be rechecked as it doesn’t have all the allowable words. e.g. nav.
Very useful
I play with a group of 6 others. We play for fun and sociability rather than a contest. We don’t keep score and often help each other with words. Most of the group uses an official book for they don’t trust Za. I have demonstrated that every word in the book is in Za. I use Za and am able to quickly get a determination.
Improvements:
- since we are in US there is no need to show both SOWPDS and TWL06. This should be a selectable option to show either one or both visibly on screen.
- there is LOTS of white space and the letters are very small especially on an iPhone. Larger letters for typing and yes/no.
- definition should appear with the yes/no determination rather than a navigation option.
- when keyboard appears cursor should automatically move to “Enter Word” instead of requiring touching this location before typing.
