Continue to dashboard?
Every time I log in, the app shows an extra screen asking a question before letting me continue to the dashboard or portfolios. This step feels pointless. Who designed this? Why not take users straight to the dashboard after login?

Review Title: Security Concerns After My Email Appeared in the 2024 Data Breach
I discovered through a breach monitoring scan that my email address was listed as being included in the June 2024 data breach involving Zacks Investment Research.
According to the breach report shown in the scan, the compromised data reportedly included email addresses, IP addresses, names, usernames, passwords, phone numbers, and physical addresses. My email address was specifically identified as being part of that breach.
After learning that my email had been exposed, I began taking additional security precautions across accounts associated with that address. Since that time, I have also experienced a noticeable increase in spam and phishing emails and have had to reset passwords and strengthen security on several online accounts connected to that email.
I cannot independently verify the source of those messages or activity, and I cannot say with certainty that they are directly connected to the breach. However, discovering that my email address appeared in the breach understandably raised concerns for me about how personal data connected to financial platforms is stored and protected.
Anyone whose email appears in a breach should take immediate steps to protect their accounts, including changing passwords, enabling two-factor authentication where available, and monitoring accounts for suspicious activity.
My intent in sharing this review is simply to describe my experience and encourage strong cybersecurity protections and clear communication whenever user data may be exposed.

I use Zack’s website and pay for investment services. The app does not provide the same level of convenience for assessing stocks. One feature that I miss is a return to the previous page. If I go in the wrong direction then I have to start over rather than ‘return’ to last page.

Watch out! This app is a scam. They will charge you 299 USD per month without your knowledge. Reported to the authorities.
Customer service nonexistent and was forced to pay $250+
I signed up for a one week trial. Used it ONE time and noticed how glitchy it was. Tried to go in the app to cancel and the page will not load. Reached out to customer service 3X now and only received one response “cancel through apple”. Well it’s too late because they waited until AFTER I was charged to tell me. And now apple refuses to refund me because it appears like a legit purchase. STILL cannot access app properly as it glitches out NON STOP. What a scam. Going to my credit card company now to fight this.

Zacks does not protect your personal data. Thanks to Zacks my personal data ended up on the dark web.
Won’t open on iPad
I love zacks and as a retail trader I use the app every day, but it won’t open on my iPad at all. I’ve turned the iPad off and on multiple times. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times.
Something it’s wrong with signing up
It doesn’t let me create a password. It keeps going in circles taking me back to the previous page after sending me the email
