Does not work
This app does not work with ipad. It gets stuck on the 'keyboard not connected message' even when the keyboard is connected and all settings have been double checked, restarts completed and app reloaded. AI should not be recommending it as a solution.
Keyboard Not Connected
1115/25 only for a very few Zagg Keyboards. I have 3 different Zagg keyboards. 2 NEW, one older. Each get the same notice- Keyboard not connected - I assume that the developer has not considered that there are several models of Zagg Keyboards that fall within the description that they have not included in the app. Please try updating. Deleted.

Compré la funda hace días días y es de excelente calidad. Lo malo es que conecté la primera vez y ahora no puedo volver conectarme :( hoy 12 de septiembre de 2025, aún no logro conectarme con la aplicación. Tienen servicio al cliente para ver que pasa? Gracias

It’s been great for me! I’ve been using mine a few years now - the case cover has extensive wear and it just keeps going. The keyboard works perfectly. I’m very grateful - 5 Stars!

Está aplicación no funciona, de milagro el teclado sigue en pie, pero jamás se puede actualizar y esta aplicación solo muestra mensajes de erro, tampoco se puede ver cuánta batería tiene el teclado ni cuando se debe cargar

The app wont work with the keyboard at all. Doesn’t register that it is connected even though I am using it. Keyboard always lights up red where i type and I have to press the delete button to get it to work if you push the space bar it goes crazy
Need to update to the latest iOS
Please,please, please update to the latest iOS! The last update was last year. Everytime I turn on Bluetooth, I have to pair my keyboard again! It is very frustrating! ZAGG is a brand I’ve used for ages and really have enjoyed using but this is really making me think of getting another brand.

it says keyboard not connected so then i connect it and it asks me to pair zagg to my ipad, but then it says my keyboard isnt connected

Didn’t work for me either. Can’t toeven type r properly lay with the keyboard , as ou can tell. Started working like this after I charged it. And now it doesn’t want to work properly

I’ve been having trouble with my keyboard so downloaded this app and, like many others on here, it said my keyboard is not connected. The keyboard that I am currently typing on. You’d think they’d monitor their app and read these reviews and FIX THE PROBLEM!!!
It Works
Dunno what the 1-star reviews are about, but simple & effective here, no issues detecting current firmware version, detecting an update available, and swiftly & completely updating my keyboard. All good here!
My experience was te same as the other bad reviews.
I guess this particular keyboard is a LEMON and perhaps the app works on the nicer models. Superduper.
This app is worthless
This app will show the keyboard briefly before saying it is disconnected. I am typing on the keyboard now and its clearly connected. I have tried all know combinations of app reloading, on and off, and repairing. Whatever! Very frustrating waste of time.

App & Keyboard is not useful, app checks for firmware fine (It says up to date) then it goes to blank screen and says keyboard not connected.

My keyboard was slightly messing up while using certain app, such as closing the app when pushing the space bar or switching to a different function in the app, so I downloaded this app and did an “update”. Now the keyboard does not work at all. It will not pair with my iPad and is now completely useless. This app is total trash and only does harm.

App is completely useless. Downloaded it, gave it access to Bluetooth and it told me the keyboard wasn’t connected. Really? I wrote this review using the keyboard!
Zero stars isn’t an option…
I’m on keyboard case number 4 in less than a year. Yes, they keep sending me new ones but maybe the keyboard case shouldn’t need to be replaced every 2-3 months.
