Terrible, terrible-terrible!
Useless
This app been tripping for almost a year and all they tell us is that it will be up and running. Just tell us if you have failed to make it work and remove from iOS. Concentrate on Android and stop giving false hope. I wish I can give it -5 stars. Giving it one start coz the rating is required. Otherwise you deserve the maximum number of negative stars.

Error
I just downloaded the app and I’m trying to put in my number but it’s saying an error occurred when sending the code to my number & yet I’m receiving the code on my number. I don’t know what that’s about but please fix it asap
This app is TERRIBLE
The UI is so hard to use. I’ve even deleted it. Very useless.
Bundle Balance
There is no provision to check the bundle balance or expiry dates for purchased products.
Lackluster design and zero effort to keep app upated
The UI is terrible.
The interface needs updating. Its hard to decipher how much data is remaining. The in app feedback form infuriatingly displays text in one long line making it impossible to see the text I am typing.
Also, it’s virtually impossible to pay using a debit card within the app; it would be nice to have that option, especially for those of us in the expat community. It would also be beneficial if you actually listened to feedback and acted on it instead of being satisfied with the way things are which is evidenced by the fact that this app has not been updated since at least 2018.

Could Be Better
I use this app a lot as it’s the only way to get data bundles on the iPad.
Mostly it works okay but the best bundle of all (the 1.5GB) doesn’t work on the app. All the others are available but they're more expensive options. Please fix this, developers. And include all other Zamtel features like Stata nkongole. As it is, I have to transfer my SIM card to a phone whenever I want to order the 1.5GB bundle - which is two or three times a week. Sort out these issues and I’ll gladly rate it 5 stars.
EDIT: it's now okay to buy all data bundles now. I've updated to four stars.
Edit: one more thing. Why do I need internet access to buy internet data bundles? It would be easy to let the app be online even when data runs out. Every time this happens I have to take the SIM card out just to recharge. Please remember some users are on iPad not iPhone, we can't simply dial *335#
