I love zaos the fact that you can’t reach their stores and have to order in the app - and then Apple Pay doesn’t work I the app is a 1 star experience

you can’t order a fountain drink if you are doing a pickup order. if you buy in store there’s no way to earn points. i don’t really understand the point besides data collection.

Can’t use kids eat free promotion because there aren’t directions on how to do so. Wife and I can’t figure it out.

Doesn’t work
Used to work, now doesn’t work. I place an order it gives me a time out error. I try again multiple times, same thing. I try a different day, same thing. I end up having to go in and order and I scan my receipt, it doesn’t add points. Sad.

Amazing
I love Zao the food is always amazing and the people are always so nice such as Gualberto was so kind and funny.
App locks on info screen
Trying to log on and the app is locked on an information input screen. Force closing the app and reopening it does not change anything. I suspect I’d have to uninstall the app and reinstall it which I’m not gonna waste my time doing.

No way to sign in
On this app and their previous one I have never been able to sign in aside from the first time. It accepts my email and password then when I go to input my phone it claims I already have the number in, which it would because I’m signing in. I’ve done this with the only two accounts it could be linked to and it’s really irritating. It’s one of my favorite places to go but I can’t collect any points or rewards because of this app.
Also, like someone else said, if you have to put in your phone and it rejects it, there’s no going back, I have to delete the app and redownload to start the process over again.

I love the Zao on 400 S, the food is always fresh, the employees are very friendly and always keeping the quality on the food.
Can’t login to old account and says “email is in use” app is trash.

Code issues
The code wouldnt scan so we tried the receipt code and still wouldn’t work. I spent $20 and the points wouldn’t register.
Fresh & Satisfying
I had the chicken bowl with the mild curry sauce. It was superb! The food is fresh and light on the stomach. It’s a great healthy choice for eating out.
