Got a charger for 1,5 hours. Instead of charging 6 dollars was charged 106. Filing a claim for this scam. Never again

DO NOT USE ZAPPY! You’ll think the experience is great, grab a charger then use said charger and return it when finished. Later find out you’ve been charge $50 and spend weeks fighting them to get a refund because you only used the charger for an hour. You’re better off having your phone die at this point.

Life Saver.
My daughter had an accident at school and in my panic I didn’t pack my charger when going to meet the ambulance. Well by 8-9PM my phone died and my wife couldn’t reach me. A nurse showed me on the app where to rent a charger. First thing I did was download the app. I’ve since used the Zappy chargers at the Blue Jays game and the CN tower. Thanks Team Zappy!
