Easier charger by far
It’s the easiest charger I’ve used, simple to plug and play so to say!
App not great
This app is not great. Notifications sometimes occur. Sometimes do not Sometimes really really late.
UK time is set to UTC not GMT.
In winter months this is fine. In summer it is one hour out.
Always seem to be logged out of the app too.
Sometimes get to my car and it has not charged 🤬.
Need to restart the charger to get it to work.

Unreliable
Too glitchy! Needs to have simple functions. The amount of times I have had trouble trying to connect the car to the car.
Inconsistent charging
Charging regularly stops during overnight off peak - shows ‘resume charging’ and has to be manually restarted.
Catastrophe

Login issues
For an app of this nature to have prolonged login issues is completely unacceptable. An app that is the difference between getting the kids to school/being able to get to work, needs to work 100% of the time. Do not buy a charger from this company.
Lacks Flexibility
Easy to use but inability to set schedule to half hour intervals is a problem as our Octopus cheap rate runs from 23:30 to 05:30, so we miss a full hour of the cheap rate using Zaptec
Bluetooth
Since the latest update the bluetooth key pairing works.
App browsing
Since last update 5.32.0, app asks pin code for each access attempt to parameters sections (both sense and charging station), not user friendly
Herkent te regelmatig niet dat er een auto aan hangt…
Te vaak gebeurt het dat de Zaptec app niet herkent dat de kabel (en dus auto) er aan hangt. Maar het laadstation doet dat wel en blokkeert de kabel van de mogelijkheid tot uittrekken. Waardoor je ook niet zomaar even opnieuw kunt proberen. (Eerst auto vergrendelen, ontgrendelen zodat de kabel los komt, opnieuw insteken… testen… opnieuw deze cyclus door tot de app opeens wél herkent dat er een kabel is). Men heeft deze app nodig om een laadsessie te autoriseren. Maar dan moet de app natuurlijk wel accuraat met het station communiceren…

Absolutely Rubbish
Had my Zaptec Go 22 months and every time there is an app update I have issues getting it to connect and charge my car. Tonight I can’t get it to work at all so now have an EV I can’t use!!!
Great but
Simple and works well but please fix the annoying problem of the app logging out every other time I try to use it. It’s annoying and frustrating.

Die Idee der Wallbox mit LTE ist sehr gut aber mit der eigenen App ist keine Steuerung von unterwegs möglich. Dafür braucht man dann eine Drittanbieter App.
Wichtig wäre es die Ladegeschwindigkeit im Homescreen einstellen zu können.

Functional but limited
If you’re using the app, it’s because you have the charge of course. Personally, I find it a little basic, and can only hope it will develop over time.
I’d like to see things like a graph of charging speed/duration per session, or scheduling charges that is different to the eco-mode (which itself is a little confusing).
As a UK user, the charger is nice and discrete, and was worth the premium I paid … but the app is somewhat limited in its use.
