Showed order was not processed, could not process payment, but then order showed up in history after a second was placed, with no way to cancel duplicate order
Automatic tips
I went to place a pickup order and the app automatically adds a 15% tip that you have to manually remove. That’s disgusting. Also couldn’t even place a free order without putting in card info.
Loyalty Points
I’m giving this app one star because you can’t manually enter your receipts. The Zaros location in Grand Central (Level 102) always claims they can’t scan my phone for the rewards. There’s no need to ask for a receipt to try and put the order in for the points because there’s no option! Even Paris Baguette has this option. Either add it or tell your locations to stop being incompetent and scan our phones.

Needs a major revamp
The app is slow, doesn’t appear to list all possibilities and practically forces you tip on a pickup order. Also doesn’t accept Apple Pay.
Not accepting pin for phone number
Can’t complete my order because it won’t accept the same pin that was sent to me 5 times!

Buggy
Impossible to set up. Keep getting error message my password doesn’t have any caps when it does have them, then get a message that I already have a Lunchbox a/c which I have no knowledge of. Zaro’s is great, the app is garbage.
Difficult to use
I couldn’t find the Search function, and then suddenly it popped up. Then I couldn’t change the quantity of an item I want. Too bad, because the rugalavh are good.
Note: cannot order ahead
Before you go through sign up please note as of today’s date this version is 2 years old and it does not offer the functionality that many food/drink apps now offer. It makes you sign up for an account and link a credit or debit card to pay at point of purchase and earn some rewards. As of this review for every $50 spent you earn $5 rewards. Other than that all you can do is look at their menu and locations. You cannot order ahead. I look forward to more functionality.
