Bad Experience Overall

Very bad experience as a customer. The service was not reliable and communication was poor. Updates were unclear, and customer support was not helpful when I faced issues. The app needs a lot of improvement in handling customers and providing better support. I would not recommend using Zauffy based on my experience.
