Food Deserves 5 Stars, App Doesn't
Amazing food, but the app is terrible. I'm not sure what you did to it, but it no longer works on iPhones.
Triple charged
This app triple charged my account, it kept on saying payment could not be processed but is was. I feel like I was robbed. Never ordering again.
Great place for Coffee and Food!
I been here for years and I can’t stop enjoying their coffee and their finger foods. My daughter goes crazy over their empanadas. Highly recommended!

As always the food is great. The changes to ordering needs help. No way to add additional instructions or requests. And if eating in , any additional request have to be done via app. Needs help
Truly enjoy Zaza Lake Mary
We moved out of the area and still make our way to Lake Mary often to eat at Zaza. Food quality is great, friendly staff and prices win us every time. 🙂

The food was truly authentic Cuban food! Everything was delicious, served fast, and the staff were fantastic. The staff were very friendly, professional, and on top of our needs. Highly recommend Zaza in Oviedo! Can’t wait to go back!
The Best Food and Very Clean!
This Zaza in Oviedo is the best one I have been to yet. The food was delicious, onions were made perfectly…..like my grandma’s.
I have to say that I am very picky, and the cleanliness at this Zaza was out of this world! I am so impressed with everything…from the food, cleanliness and the attention from the staff. Griselda is extremely professional and attentive to the customers! Thank you to all! We truly enjoyed our Christmas Eve dinner!

Great place - App is not so good
Coming physically to Zaza’s to eat has been great! Food is good and the folks know our family! The APP, however, needs some improvements.
Redeeming the first (and only, so far) Reward was a pain. I tried the 2nd to last day before mine expired and came across issues when trying to redeem it; it just never made it through when trying to place a Pick Up order. If you accidentally press the Scan in Store option, the app does NOT let you go back and try to switch it to do a Pickup Order through the app; that was frustrating to discover.
I can say the utilization of just doing a pickup order was simple and does work. However the navigation to find some items took a bit of time as well. If you want Abuelita’s Creamy Oatmeal, it’s NOT in Breakfast section but instead Limited Time Breakfast. It’s just odd.
When it’s time to pay, if it’s your first time using the app, I had to hit the Pay Order twice which was frustrating since I had to enter Credit Card information and then enter another set of data to finally be able to let the order go through. I nearly thought it would’ve charged me twice (I know better though since I work in tech) which may confuse other folks who attempt to use this app.
If these could all be addressed and corrected, I’d give the app 5 stars.

Love Zaza but App Issues
The adding mixed pastry half or full dozen does not work when ordering at the Oviedo store. Half dozen tells you to pick 12 and dozen days pick six then when you add to cart it says it can’t. Annoying…
App is not good
The app does not support swapping sides. Additionally, I cannot get the submit button to work after making all my selections. Then I call in and their phone system just pushes the broken app. What a joke.
Good food horrible customer service
The app never lets you submit an order and they constantly direct you to their broken app.
It doesn’t work
The app doesn’t even let you order! UberEats doesn’t have to full menu and ordering online sends you to the app.
