I’ve tried to reach out for account help signing in. I haven’t gotten a response or any help with an “Account Issue Detected.”
NO STARS
Worst app I have Ever encountered, couldn’t even register, claims I have a fraudulent connection through a VPN…. I do NOT! It’s just a simple iPhone and oh yeah my iPad was refused for the same thing even though they are totally different connections, THEN used Wi-Fi instead, same thing! Me thinks certain games may have a ZBD “agreement” so we cannot get paid then the app had the nerve to ask for my email address. What is ZBD anyway? The security is insane! Who do you think you are? KGB?.??

It’s a scam
I played more 8 games now and still haven’t received my rewards. And when I completed a couple challenges, they gave me the higher rank rewards, but did not pay me out for a couple of other rank rewards that I completed before the higher rink rewards. They have bad customer service.
Rejects Payouts
The app used to work well, but since they integrated AI it will reject your payouts without reason. When you contact support they use an AI to give generic responses and don’t even put a human on to speak with you, much less fix it. After a week I haven’t heard from anything except an AI that’s claiming I’m at the back of a queue waiting for responses. At this point it’s become a scam for information or something of the sort.

Everything is great. Made a lot of money took a while but I’ve received nearly $150 One thing I’m not liking lately is they have been paying out slightly less this year but I understand satoshis are getting harder to get
I don’t know what happened
I was enjoying this wallet. It has a lot of games with it. I was adding up some bitcoins then I tried to get verified and denied my verification even though my ID is up-to-date and it was a clear picture of both front back and selfie and they were real and now it’s locked me out of my wallet and won’t let me back in at all, and I can’t get anybody in support to answer me lost all my bitcoins. I guess I don’t know. I sure wish they’d answer me cause I really liked those games and they don’t connect to any other wallet.
UPDATE:
* I had to close out my account and open an entirely new account. Hopefully it works out right this time. I’m crossing my fingers. I haven’t given up. I like these games.
