Receiving money time
If my money added today in the wallet I have to wait 7 days to ask for and after 7 days waiting another 1 to 2 days to add to my account!! What is this?!! And why should I wait to receive my money for around 10 days? If I need my money at the same time then what to do?!

The good- very good customer service, they answer within 30mins on WhatsApp and can help with your needs or questions. Payment links are very easy to set up, app and setting up store is straightforward and simple.
The flaws- opening my account with them took over 48hours which I thought would have been an hour. Payment links expiry are 72hours no changing. Once payment links are sent you can not cancel them on your side.
Besides them, I do like the app and the easy set ups.

طالب منتج وكل يوم يقولو اصبر يومين ثلاث على ذا الحال مدة شهر كل ما اكلمهم يقولو انتظر يومين ولا ثلاث بعد ما اخذو المبلغ لكن حسبي الله فيهم ان كان قاصدين

Worst customer service
Customer service is too bad , they take long time to answer.
And when it comes to solve your issue, they will contact you by email only it will take 1-2 days for each email.
I dont recommend it at all

Difficulty of apple pay
The platform doesn’t work safely and smoothly with apple pay which was not brought to my attention until I received very poor costumer review for this feature not working properly. They then refused to help me with this bad review that is merely on the functionality of apple pay on Zbooni. It reflects bad on my business, and so I am heavily looking into other options to use instead of Zbooni.

عند تفعيل الحساب وطريقة الدفع يظهر لك انه من ضمن طرق الدفع Apple Pay ولكن فعلياً عندما يحاول الزبون لا يوجد خيار الا اضافة بيانات البطاقة البنكية يدوياً

Unprofessional
Will say and commit to anything and everything for you to open an account. Once you open it, they will be like oh sorry it is not possible anymore. You call them, they wont answer.
Glitches
I like Zbooni. However I have lost several clients because when they try to pay the system fails. No explanation is given to them other than an error.
Additionally it’s not possible to release money from a desk top (laptop), unless I’ve missed something.

Zbooni is usefull no one says another thing but the service is bad they close my account for no reason when i tried to contact them their response was bad and not any single reason or help

Someone bought from me and after too long time she made a complain about my product.. they took my money immediately without asking me, they informed me by email
After you try to get your money back they will ask for too many proofs then it will take more than one month to get it back
