App Does Not Work
The app never loads. I keep missing new lead information. It’s been completely worthless.
New version is amazing
I used this service several years back and have recently renewed my membership. The newest version in in line with today’s technology. It works well. Leads are coming in daily. Love the app.
Almost Perfect
The App behaves exactly as their website behaves. In fact it’s a little simpler. With this app I can call or email instantly right from my phone without dialing or using FaceTime like when I try on my laptop.
Only spotted one bug. In iOS,the google maps api won’t load.
BTW zBuyer is a great lead service. I’ve been getting 15 to 30 leads every month from these guys for the last 3 years. About half of them are junk and you still have to work them but all in all a much better (and cheaper) lead vendor than realtor.com or Zillow.
Very honest, helpful and responsive customer service as well.

Works now
App works for me. Quick way to organize and follow up with leads. Need a membership but I’ve closed several deals using them. No complaints here
App login doesn’t work
App is worthless. You can’t login and it was reported as an issue months ago-no change

Carefully using the exact mail address and password as my account login for the website as I do on my laptop, the phone app rejects my info and won’t let me in.
I tried going slowly and methodically. I tried logging in again on my laptop to make sure I had the correct login info, and I was able to easily login on the laptop I tried the iPhone app again, and it still rejected my login info.
I tried deleting the app and downloading again and it still rejected my login info.
Waste of ZBuyer’s customers’ time. It should be removed until they get this fixed.

Bootleg leads
They literally take old recycled data and redistribute it as Leads. Worst Leads on the market, but they won’t afford to scam much longer. I live where they operate from and bankruptcy is there next step. Don’t waste your money.

You guys need to update the functionality on this app. It’s useful for an investor like myself however it’s super dysfunctional. Get a app developer to give you and estimate on useful app tools. How about Que’ing the leads in a meaningful order. Notifying us which leads are new vs old etc. it’s 2018 and this app feels like an aol website.

Not working
Every time I type in my email and password to login it tells me wrong email and password. I use the EXACT same email and password to login on my computer and it works just fine. The app worked for less than 24 hours before doing this. Fix this and I will give better review.

Unsolicited Telemarketing!!!!!
They called me twice today and never once left a message from 301-710-5641. Looking this number up online, it shows as a VOIP number with no information about the company. I called the company and it turns out to be something called ZBuyer and they were looking to sell services to real estate agents. Not interested. Don’t bother calling back if you can’t leave a message the first time around!
