FIRSTLY ITS A NIGHTMARE TO CANCEL BEFORE THE FREE TRIAL ENDS, I HAD TO CONTACT APPLE SUPPORT TO GET IT REMOVED. If you check the Facebook page you will see that others have the same issues and do not recommend.
Secondly you can only have one child account despite it being ‘for all the family’ I followed the instructions and the green button to add another child doesn’t exist!

I like zcooly, but the sign in is absolutely ridiculous!

App Charges Subscription Fee While Subscription Is Paused
I had paused my subscription last month and was charged a monthly fee for this month. I had sent a message to customer service requesting the refund and I have not heard back or received the refund.
Beware
This app will NOT let you cancel the trial/member ship. It just says “the pause could not be schedule because the start or end date is in the past” I have contacted customer support and have not heard back yet. This game will over heat your iPhone. Not user friendly.
