I’d easily pay £5 for a larger version of this game. It’s got a great retro style, handy controls and unit selection, and it’s just cool and fun and well designed without being overcomplicated.

One problem I have is the difficulty spike. I play TD games on easy first to get used to the units and mechanics and on level 7 on the blues I had to defend my base from some flame tanks, and they absolutely trashed me like 4 times. I got them eventually but this is on Easy. I imagine the difficulty will only get more from here. So the balancing is a bit off. But if you like an engaging tactical TD game, it’s a fantastic little game and a bargain.

I have played all of your RTS games

This one is rough though, version 3 was best. The use of Allies needs work, for instance I cannot convert or build on a zone that my ally has control over. Meaning I am racing my Ally for control points, which since they’re AI they are ALL over that. Also the difficulty curve of the missions is a bit ridiculous honestly, I found myself getting bodied on easy mode, but its kinda the luck of the draw too, cause on that same mission my ally was way helpful and we won.

Noice.

Great game, I just wish they kept or added more faction specific weapons

Good but one slight problem

I am stuck on level 8 I know I suck at the moment but it’s cause the flamethrowers are op and I wish to make it so they only have cannons and mguns thank you :) five star cause I like the game >:D

Great app

I’ve been a fan of Mech Com since it first came out - largely because it has such a simple and interesting balance of RTS on the mobile platform. Though I have purchased MC 2 and MC 3, I found both of those lost some of the originals charm and unit balance - this latest game does not.

It’s a updated take on the original mechanics and a great starting point for potential additional enhancements (faster way to get optics on overall map, more diversity in map layout (outside of connections to other sides of the cube, the actual terrains its currently mostly irrelevant), better unit selection / control, achievements, maybe a map editor to allow community to create additional content?

All that said, it’s a bargain at that price and a solid game - thank you again Dev Team - well done!
