Photo upload broken since update
Cannot upload photos to chat. Can select and save but then no option to add to chat after. Not ideal.
Doesn’t even open!
This app won’t even open on my phone from first launch, I just get a spinning wheel of death. Tried installing multiple times, no VPN, device has been rebooted and updated… Awful from the get go!
Have to use this app for work
It’s frustrating to use- have to log in everyday. Only allows 15MB uploads. It’s soulless and doesn’t feel nice to use. 100% would not use had work not mandated it 👍

Notifications don’t work?
Notifications are enabled in the iOS settings app, and it’s marked as a private device in the Comm app, push notifications enabled with coworkers, and silence mode isn’t enabled either, yet no matter what, no notifications come through. If I open the app and give it a second to load and then close out it’ll badge the icon with the unread message count but no push notifications and no real time badge count updates. Makes this useless for communications at all….

Forced to use for work
As someone has previously stated, forced to use for work. If you like apps that constantly log u out, and can’t do things that what’s app does then you will love it

This app has several flaws
Awful
This app is terrible. Have to use it for work. Can't post any videos that are over 4mb in size which is ridiculous given the higher quality (and therefore higher file size) of videos. Can't post screenshots directly to any chats. Constantly have to delete and re-download to fix any bugs. There's so many basics of a messenger that don't work on this app that you can see why many colleagues where I work have abandoned it and returned to WhatsApp. Shame.

Needs to login every time
This app is just wasting of time, every time needs to do log in before sending or viewing any messages and it takes fews minute to fetching data. seriously this is work app otherwise it shouldn't be on APP STORE

Or a very poor WhatsApp cousin. Currently forced to use at work, rather irritating. Constant logging in, unable to see photos/attachments from Home Screen or reply from Home Screen, unable to send attachments with commentary (has to be at least 2 separate messages) or send more than 1 attachment at a time, can’t (or don’t know how to yet) to change notification sound to differentiate between apps, horrendous quality of photos (WhatsApp degrades them but this is another underground level), cannot archive comms that are not currently needed, cannot reply privately to group comments, status of what was delivered/seen unnecessarily complicated… those are just a few bugs to name. Was told that some of these are in the works but that was months ago and so far nothing improved since the launch.

No messages when notifications pop up
I like the concept of this app. Work comms without giving out your personal phone number. I work in a fast paced retail environment where communication is key and i need this app to be able to keep up which at the minute it just doesn’t do. Hopefully an update will fix in future but at the minute i’m getting notifications saying there are new messages and when i load the app there’s nothing there. Deleting and reinstalling is a temporary fix but this is frustrating.

Awful
Have to use for work. This is the second time an error has occurred and all my chats have disappeared uninstalled and re installed both time’s nothing. I’m having to get my manger to kick me out the group and re add me which works but I can’t then see previous messages to refer back to.
Buggy and unnecessary
I’m only using this app because my employer has decided I should. It’s frustrating.
Regularly having to sign in again when it times-out. Having to manually sign out and sign in again to force a refresh when I get notifications for messages that don’t appear in the feed. Having to manually clear notifications from my Watch for messages that I’ve already read in the app. Only being able to add attachments one at a time instead of by batch. Only being able to silence notifications for up to 8 hours. Frustrating and inefficient.
You would be much better sticking with iMessage or WhatsApp.
