App no appropriate for Readers

I recently downloaded the app and noticed it offers a great selection of books. However, since it’s a mobile app and most users read on their phones, I’m facing a few usability issues.
Firstly, the books cannot be rotated to landscape mode. Without this feature, the font appears too small, making it difficult to read comfortably. This raises the question of why I should spend money on digital books if the reading experience is compromised.
Secondly, I’m unable to highlight words for definitions or to copy and search them on Google—basic features that are essential for any modern eBook reader.
I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the overall user experience.

Book collaboration
I reached out to collaborate on a book and clearly shared what was needed. But after that, they just disappeared—no replies to emails, nothing. It feels really unprofessional. A simple yes or no would’ve been the decent thing to do.
Scam - Disappointed - No Support or Response After Payment
I ordered the Interview Prep hardcover book from the ZebraLearn app and paid in full, but I never received any shipping updates, or further communication. I’ve emailed and messaged multiple times, and despite waiting patiently, there has been no response. Extremely unprofessional experience. If you’re going to charge people, at least have the courtesy to respond and fulfill what was promised. Would not recommend at all.

SCAMMING USERS THROUGH FAKE REFERRAL PROMISES!
I referred 27 friends to this app and followed EVERY step exactly as guided by your team member Bhavya Shah. I even told him after the first referral that I didn’t receive coins – he said it was a system issue and told me to complete all referrals first. I did that.
Now, after doing everything correctly, including the onboarding, personality test, and blue tick on all referred profiles (I have screenshots as proof), I’m being told vague excuses like “backend checks failed” and “might be inauthentic.” This is total fraud – I referred real people who completed real steps.
WORST PART: Bhavya is now ignoring my calls and messages. This is not a reward system, this is cheating and misleading users. If you can’t honor your referral promises, don’t run such fake campaigns.
SHAMEFUL experience. Avoid this app if you value your time and effort.

The books formats are illustrative and full of colours ,graphics making the read magnetic , improving the learning curve . Wish schools and colleges adopt this format of books which can make education fun and rewarding .
No hard copy
I purchased a book named stock investing master for ₹999 and they promised me a hard copy and a soft copy but they never sent hard copy. On enquiry, they asked for another ₹700.

As being from a finance department and being a kitabi kidda I really liked the concept of providing knowledge especially digitall copies and ideation,sometimes minor bugs noticeable but not a big issue for me. The app is designed in a very good way ,you dont need to hustle alot. The bifurcation is done very well. For example, you searching books on marketing, you will get all the books on Marketing, and for example, if you are planning to read a book on business development, you get all development books. So its pretty goood
