Worst customer service
Extremely disappointing experience. I placed my order and even after weeks, it still hasn’t been delivered. Customer support keeps giving false promises like “2 more days” or “4 more days,” but nothing changes. There is no accountability, no proper updates, and no concern for customers. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this app unless they improve their delivery and customer support.

Book reading on App
The book reading on the app is extremely difficult, it’s constantly lagging, I cannot move between the pages and read. I spent almost 20 mins and couldn’t go past first 8 pages. Navigation is just not working. Even when I tried listening to the book, the audio is too fast and it does not give me any option to change the speed. This is a very bad experience.

Login tried multiple time books page isn’t even loading tried on wifi & mobile data even if I’ve log in asked 3-4 time again to do that same bs

This is one of the best e-reading platform. Most useful & amazing one so far.
Needs landscape mode
As another reviewer said, the actual book selection looks reasonable but it's extremely hard to read the small print
