I used to always use this app on an old phone of mine and recently redownloaded it after years. Only to come back with an add every time I click anything on the app!! Bloody joke!

Free version is awful
I have been a user for some time of Zedge. I don’t mind ads, but when they make it impossible to click the x and clicking to download a wallpaper, I had to watch an ad, click to download and had to watch an ad repeat 6 times and took the longest time to advance to just download.

I paid for an annual membership and still have to pay extra for a download

Zedge used to be good but you can’t even find the ringtones you need and everything is almost AI generated.
And the ads are layered onto each other like you’re peeling an onion you dismiss one and more keep popping up. I mean I get it you guys need to make revenue but you can’t even find decent ringtones anymore and the ads were tolerable because of that now it’s pure AI slop and nothing matches your search.
I had to delete the app.

Used to love it
I used to love it and used it all the time. I got a new phone, downloaded it and now I can’t even get to Ringtones without a mass amount of ads popping up that you cannot get out of and if you do get out of that ad you end up in another time. Uninstalling.

Every time someone sees my screen saver they love it I tell them I got it from Zedge the pictures are truly beautiful.
Terrible
It was misleading that there were free ringtones to download. The free ones are very limited and are not even close to what I was looking for.
Shows Porn Ads
So I opened Zedge to see what’s new and accidentally clicked on an ad that didn’t have any images and was plain text and it went straight to a porn site. Done with this app and uninstalled it immediately!
You pay then still have to pay!
I literally forces you to pay due to the constant pop up then you have x amount of credit or you pay again!
