This app is so user unfriendly it’s mind numbing. It’s near impossible to download anything due to the absolute stunning amount of advertisements to buy this, buy that. Then unless you want to spend money (credits) you are held hostage to view the ad, etc. This junk of an app is appalling frustrating! I wish I could rate zero stars.

Holy Ads
I used to rock Zedge when it came out years ago. I downloaded it today to search for a notification tone and lasted 5 min. The amount of intrusive pop up ads is insane. I clicked to listen to a notification tone and went through 5 ads back to back.
Wow, they must be hurting for money. I immediately uninstalled. Shame. And I’m not paying another subscription for this app, nice try.

Last review I left on this app was dumb so here’s a completely honest review:
It’s very easy to use, very simple, and cooperative. Changing your wallpaper doesn’t get easier than this. The problem is that there isn’t an option to turn off ai content. I literally can’t see a single wallpaper that isn’t ai generated which is annoying. I can’t find a setting or search filter to find regular stuff so I can’t use the app because I don’t want an ai wallpaper.

No theme songs
I downloaded this because I wanted to get the Knight Rider theme song as a ringtone for when my husband calls and all I get is is wallpaper. I had Zedge years ago on my android and that was the theme song I used for my husband and it was free
Not so good like it used to be
I can’t figure out how to download REAL songs anymore by known artists. Every time I search, the song I’m looking for isn’t found. Mainstream songs…not like I’m searching for anything obscure.

I swear, out of all the apps the ringtones, wallpaper and charging screen apps, this is the best one. Almost everything is either free or watch ads so everything is good and they have really good ringtones btw. What I don’t like is that it says it has notification sounds but it’s just not possible on Apple so idk why they said that but overall TJIS IS REALLY GOOD
