App is shutting down as you try to get settings done. Might stay open 12 seconds then it will just shut down. Tried going out of app and reopening no difference, also tried shutting down app and reloading , and tried to restart phone. .. keeps doing the same.

Confusing set up | First item ordered was defective
I had ordered this on Amazon and was super excited for it to come in the mail. The charging process was a bit tricky; we waited over an hour and a half for it to charge, and as soon as we unplugged the watch from the charger the screen went black. We ordered another one and again, it took an hour and a half to charge. Luckily, the 2nd one is working fine as of right now; the color is great and I am satisfied with it. Only three stars because of the hassle we went through to try and get the 1st watch that came in the mail to work. Great product; just a bad experience with the mailing.
Edit - A full battery charge only lasts less than a day. Still going to keep watch, however.

Major problems with time
This app, or the watch, clearly has problems with time. Heart rate records show up in the future. Oftentimes there are two heart rate records for the same time period. My guess is that it is a time zone problem, but that is only a guess.
Update: I am not sure where they get their weather information from, but it is bad. If you choose the manual entry in the settings, it always says “Please input a correct city name.”
Update 2: now seems to have disappearing steps. On first glance on a day, the steps will be there only to disappear a half second later, dropping to zero.

Crash Crash Crash!!!
The band I have works perfectly for what I need, time, tracking and health information.
The app on the other hand is totally disappointing! I’m unable to have the app open for more than 30 seconds if I’m lucky with my iPhone 7 Plus - this is causing me frustration and stress when trying to check my information from the day.
I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, force restart the phone, turned the phone off and on again, and still I’m Left disappoint. With the app be this useless I am now looking at other fitness bands I have used in the past to see if they have new stock out to replace.
I would love the bugs to be fixed and hear from the developer regarding when it might be complete!

Good cheap alternative
I like it but I am still having trouble with the sleeping and changing songs when listening to music.
Restructed ankle and fractured knees!
I had come to a time where I was ready to give up my wheel chair for a walker. As soon as I did I bought. Put on my watch and pacing my heart, steps which was the most important. Still use other attributes. A +++ in my book.
